Returns + Exchanges

 

We will happily offer a CREDIT for all full price items purchased on our online store that are returned to us via post WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

All reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be offered. All returned items are to be returned in their original saleable condition with the original tags attached and must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

H O W  T O  R E T U R N  O R  E X C H A N G E

Contact us via email, hola@byrdy.org and advise your name, address and order number. Please confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternative size or return as a credit. Once your return/exchange has been approved, we will email you to confirm and advise the return postal address.

Any returns/exchanges that are not on their way back to us within 14 days from delivery, will become void and you will have to contact us again.

Please note: we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping when returning goods to BYRDY.  Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. All exchanges are shipped out via tracked standard shipping. If you would like your exchange shipped with express post this will cost you an additional $15 and you will need to inform us when you contact us.

All accepted refunds (for faulty items) are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All sale items are considered final sale. This item is unable to be refunded, exchanged.
