Domestic (New Zealand wide)

We are so pleased to offer free tracked shipping to all New Zealand addresses!

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. Please bear in mind, Byrdy Bohemian Turbans are sometimes made to order so please allow a couple of additional days.

BYRDY orders are shipped via New Zealand Post. Orders within New Zealand are tracked.

Once your order has been processed, delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 3-10 working days (depending on your location). For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional two business days for delivery.

Please note: delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during busy periods such as sales time and also the current covid situation which seems to be delaying postage services - this is out of our control.

Upon shipment, customers will be notified via email.

International

BYRDY offers tracked international standard shipping for $20.

For international shipping, BYRDY uses DHL. Due to custom requirements we cannot deliver to PO Boxes overseas, so we will require either a business or private street address.

Delivery timeframe for standard shipping is 9-15 working days (depending on your location and current Covid situation which seems to be delaying shipping times as well). For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.

Please note: delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and there may be a delay due to custom charges and clearance procedures within your country.

Orders to countries outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or tax fees in which BYRDY unfortunately does not have control over and thus cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order.
